1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any service provided by ONEPRESS Shipping, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with our services, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance.

2. Scope of Services

ONEPRESS Shipping provides courier and logistics services including but not limited to:

Package shipping and logistics coordination

Online shopping assistance for customers without payment cards

Customer referral rewards program

Package handling, warehousing, and delivery coordination

General courier services within operating areas

ONEPRESS Shipping reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion without prior notice.

3. Shipping & Service Scheduling

Shipping and delivery schedules are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, third-party carriers, operational demands, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Responsibility, Risk & Liability

All shipments are transported at the customer’s own risk.

ONEPRESS Shipping assumes limited liability for loss, damage, delay, or errors related to shipments.

Responsibility begins once packages are received by our team or warehouse and ends upon delivery, pickup, or transfer to third-party carriers.

ONEPRESS Shipping is not responsible for:

Vendor or supplier errors

Incorrect information provided by customers

Packages lost before reaching our possession

Delays or damages caused by third-party carriers

5. Packaging & Fragile Items

ONEPRESS Shipping is not responsible for damage caused by improper or insufficient packaging by vendors, senders, or customers.

Fragile items including electronics, glassware, liquids, cosmetics, or breakable goods are shipped entirely at the owner’s risk.

6. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Customers must ensure shipments comply with Jamaican laws and international shipping regulations.

Prohibited items include but are not limited to:

Illegal drugs or controlled substances

Firearms, ammunition, or weapons

Explosives, hazardous, or flammable materials

Counterfeit goods

Pornographic or obscene materials

Perishable foods without approval

Live animals

Cash, cheques, or negotiable instruments

Prohibited items may be confiscated or surrendered to authorities without refund. ONEPRESS Shipping assumes no liability for penalties or seizures.

7. Customs, Duties & Fees

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, clearance charges, and government fees where applicable.

ONEPRESS Shipping assumes no liability for customs delays, inspections, or seizures.

8. Online Shopping Assistance Services

For assisted shopping services:

Full payment must be made before purchases are completed

Customers must confirm product details prior to purchase

Payments are generally non-refundable once items are purchased

ONEPRESS Shipping is not responsible for vendor delays, incorrect items, sizing issues, or product quality

Refunds or exchanges remain between the customer and the vendor.

9. Referral Rewards Program

ONEPRESS Shipping offers referral incentives for customers who recommend our services.

Referral rewards:

Are subject to qualification criteria

May be issued as service credit or promotional benefits

May be modified or discontinued at company discretion

10. Payments

Accepted payment methods may include cash, bank transfer, or approved digital payment options.

Payments must be settled before package release or delivery unless otherwise agreed. Payments are generally non-refundable once shipment processing begins.

11. Claims & Complaints

Claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery or notification.

Supporting documentation such as invoices, receipts, or photographs may be required.

Informal messages via WhatsApp or social media do not constitute official claims unless acknowledged.

12. Storage & Uncollected Packages

Packages not collected within a reasonable timeframe after notification may incur storage fees.

Uncollected packages may be returned, donated, auctioned, or disposed of to recover costs. Customers remain responsible for outstanding balances.
